My Favourite Video Games

3. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege

Rainbow Six Siege is a 5v5 shooter developed by Ubisoft. In each round, you'll be playing either attacker or defender, with both sides having many different operators to choose from. Each operator has their own unique ability and weapon choices. When attacking, your goal is either to rescue a hostage or defuse a bomb, depending on the map. When defending, your goal is to stop the other team from accessing the objective.

The game is a lot of fun to play. It requires some patience, but once the fighting starts it's very fast paced. If you're not paying attention, you can be eliminated very easily, and then you're out of the game for that round. It is a highly competetive game, where you need to be quick to shoot enemies, but also need to be patient and know when the right time to go in is. I love the tension this kind of game brings, which is why I love Rainbow Six Siege.

One of the things that sets this apart from other games is that a lot of the environment is fully destructible. You can smash walls to enter a room and surprise enemies, or you can break a hole and shoot them through it without them realising. This makes for a lot of interesting gameplay because sometimes you think you're safe, but really you could get shot through the wall without your knowing.

The last thing I want to mention is how each operator has a different playstyle and feel to them. Each one is equipped with a different set of weapons, and they each have their own unique ability that assists with what they're trying to do. For instance, some attackers have abilities that let them breach walls and surprise the defenders, while the defenders have things like armor, or seeing heartneats through walls. Every operative feels different to play.

2. Heroes of the Storm

Heroes of the Storm is a MOBA game developed by Blizzard Entertainment. It is a 5v5 team-based duel with a roster of unique heroes, each with their own set of abilities stats. The goal of the game is to destroy the enemy core, but to get there you first need to destroy the towers that are in the way. They way that this is done is by attacking them with your minions, which are small creatures that will take the turret's fire for you.

Each hero in the game has their own unique role and feel, and your hero actually feels stronger as they level up and gain new abilities. To win the game you need to strategize with your team, combine your abilities and kill the enemies in order to push to the core.

There is a variety of different maps that each have a different objective and feel to them. The different objectives are there to help enable you to destroy the enemy structures faster. The variety of maps and heroes available makes each game feel unique, which is why I like the game as much as I do.

Another reason I like it is beacuse of the teamplay involved in winning a game. You need to work together with the people on your team if you want to win. This aspect makes it even more fun to play with friends, because you can talk to them in voice and communicate quickly. The most fun part of this game for me is being able to combo abilities with your teammates to kill the enemy team very easily.

The game has a cartoonish artstyle, like most Blizzard games, that makes the game look appealing and simple. This style also makes a lot of things look clearer, making it easier to see incoming attacks and dodge them. This artstyle helps to make the game easier to pick up and start playing.
