1. Inking
When you ink drawings, you need control of your hand and arm to achieve smooth and better ink lines for drawing a figure or a background. What you what to do is forget about everything to do with 'Oh this has to be perfect or anything like that' just let that go. Go freely at it, if you make mistakes, YOU LEARN FROM THEM so you don't repeat them again. Another tip for inking is that when you use inking markers, you use different ones for each part of the drawing. For example, Say you want to ink in the detail of the eyes. You can't do them simply with a 03 ink size because it will look sloppy and the line will be too thick and it just won't come out good. Use a 005 or 01 for small detail always! 2. Markers and Pencil Crayons
For markers, I have yet to learn about how to use those techniques. But one tip I have is to ALWAYS HAVE SEPERATE SHADES OF THE SAME COLOR. That way you can do shading better and make contrast look more contrasty. For pencil crayons, I want to give you a tip of shading skin color. First, you shade in or color in the shaded/darker version of the flat offical skin tone around the areas of the skin which need to be shaded in. THEN YOU COLOR IT ALL FLAT WITH THE OVERALL SKIN TONE. It might sound complicated but it really isn't. Or you're not an artist and yet you are reading this webpage because its interesting. ANYHOW,Click here for more info!

3. Getting Ideas and Inspiration
I got to be honest, this one is the worst for me. Ideas are eternal and perfect in your mind BUT WHEN YOU TRY TO DRAW FROM YOUR HEAD IT DOESN'T APPEAR AS PERFECT HOW IT LOOKS IN YOUR MIND. Getting ideas are just the hardest when you want to do something with effort and something original. Usually fanart is easy to get an idea of what you want to draw, but for me it ain't when you are always glued to have perfection in your art(like me!). Here's a tip, MAKE AN EFFORT TO GET A GOOD IDEA AND USE IT. If it doesn't come out well in paper then whatever! Try something else! We're human afterall, mistakes are made and need to be fixed. Don't just abandon your mistakes and abandon an idea, grow on it and move forward for it. Afterall, it's just a drawing. But that's what matters. BACK TO TIPS: Get outside more! Don't just sit in your house and think of something, your brain thinks it's boring inside! GO OUTSIDE and refresh yor mind and get ideas from nature! Studying from nature and things outside will really help with improving your drawings. But if you don't wanna go outside, WATCH A MOVIE or TV. Getting ideas from media is good and you can learn from what you want to draw or what you want to be inspired by. I HIGHLY recommend, if you want inspiration from ANIMATED MOVIES especially, watch Studio Ghibli's movies. They will blow your mind and give you so much inspiration YOU CAN'T EVEN DRAW WHAT YOUR IDEA IS! :D

Another tip is not to think too hard about an idea. You get NOWHERE when you do that. Just focus on what you want to draw and try your best to draw it. Another tip(this is a basis and personal one) DON'T DRAW WHEN YOU FEEL TERRIBLE. It will be trash and look like trash. It's not worth putting all the negativity down in your art unless you personally like doing that. Vent art can be fine sometimes, but it's not good to draw vent ALL THE TIME. Being an artist isn't fun sometimes, but that's how the BEST ONES GO! Art is fun when you make it fun. Think awesome about it! Enjoy yourself and learn! And.... I'm just being corny.

....LONG LIVE IDEAS!!!
