Ana is the first support hero in the game, she can shoot her allies and heal them, yet when she shoots her foes, they take a lot of damage, she has tons of useful tools at her disposal. She has 200 health Ana's first ability is her sleep dart, which makes any enemy it hits, fall asleep. It does 5 damage on impact and the enemy can be asleep for up to 5.5 seconds, unless they take damage, causing them to wake up. This has a cooldown of 12 seconds. for her second ability Ana tosses a biotic bomb that deals damage to enemies and heals allies in a small area of effect. Affected allies briefly receive increased healing from all sources, while enemies caught in the blast cannot be healed for a few moments. This does 100 damage to enemies and heals 100 health to allies, the effect lasts for 4 seconds and has a cooldown of 10 seconds. Ana’s rifle shoots darts that can restore health to her allies or deal ongoing damage to her enemies. She can use the rifle’s scope to zoom in on targets and make highly accurate shots. The enemies take 75 damage and the allies get healed 75 health, she has 10 bullets in her clip and has a 1.5 reload time. Ana's ultimate has her shoot her teamate with a steroid-induced dart that boosts that teamates damage by 50% and reduces their damage taken by 50%, this effect lasts 8 seconds and is best used when an ally like Genji or Reaper is using their ultimates.


On the battlefield, Lúcio’s cutting-edge Sonic Amplifier buffets enemies with projectiles and knocks foes back with blasts of sound. His songs can both heal his team or boost their movement speed, and he can switch between tracks on the fly. He has 200 health. Lucio's music can either heal his teamates or gives them a speedboost, the ability lets him switch between what effect he gives his allies. If he's healing he heals 16 health per second, and if he's giving them a speedboost they move 30% faster. His teamates have to be within a certain radius around him for the effects to take place. His second ability is heavily based on his first, Lúcio increases the volume on his speakers, boosting the effects of his songs. If he uses this while he's healing he does 46 healing per second, and makes his teamates move 70% faster, though this effect only lasts for 3 seconds and has a 12 second cooldown. With his Sonic Amplifier, Lucio can deal 20 damage per projectile, and he fires 4 projectiles per button press, effectivley dealing a max of 80 damage if all projectiles hit his target. He only has 20 shots in his clip and takes 1.5 seconds to reload. His secondary fire has him push any enemies in front of him backwards, this is useful in some maps with bottomless pits, as this can easily knock people to their doom. This does 25 damage and also takes 4 rounds per shot. This has a 4 second cooldown though. Lucio's ultimate has protective waves radiate out from his Sonic Amplifier, briefly providing him and nearby allies with personal shields. This effect lasts 6 seconds. This is also useful for encouraging pushses.


Mercy’s Valkyrie Suit helps keep her close to teammates like a guardian angel; healing, resurrecting or strengthening them with the beams emanating from her Caduceus Staff. She has 200 health. Mercy's first ability has her fly to a nearby teamate, all she has to do is look at an ally and press the button and she flies to them. This is very useful to getting out of a tight spot, and this has a cooldown of 1 second. Mercy's second ability lets her resurrect a fallen teamate in the middle of battle, this restores the fallen ally to full health and he becomes invincible for 2 seconds. This has the longest cooldown in the game (excluding ultimate charges) with a long 30 seconds. Mercy has a staff that allows her to either heal or damage boost her ally. If hse is healing an ally it heals 60 health per second and the damage boost gives the ally 30% more damage. This has no cooldown since this is Mercy's main gimmick, you cannot use the staff and pistol at the same time however. Mercy's pistol is usually used if she is trapped, this pistol does 20 damage per bullet, and has 1 second reload time. This is useful to keep the enemy away from you if they're low on health. Mercy has 2 passive abilities, one of them just lets her heal automatically, the only hero in the game that can do this. And the other lets her glide downwards if you hold down the jump button if she's in midair. Mercy's ultimate has her literally fly around the whole map freely and can damage boost and heal multiple allies at once, if she would like, her pistol has infinite ammo in this form and can easily flank Tanks with shields and shoot from the sky, her resurrect also only has a 10 second cooldown when she's in this form, this form lasts for only 20 seconds.


Symmetra is more of a Defense hero than a Support hero, but she is in this category regardless. She is able to place multiple turrets in an area and use her light bending Photon Projector to dispatch her foes. She also has shields like Zarya, she has 100 shields and 100 health. Symmertra's first ability allows her to set up a small turret that automatically fires speed-reducing blasts at the nearest enemy within range. Several turrets can be built on the battlefield at once. Each turret does 30 damage per second, and each turret has a 10 second cooldown once it's destroyed. For hher second ability, Symmetra projects a moving barrier that absorbs damage as it travels forward. This has 1025 health and has a cooldown of 10 seconds. Symmetra’s weapon emits a short-range beam that homes in on a nearby enemy, dealing continuous damage that increases the longer it is connected. Her secondary fire has the projector can also release a charged energy ball that deals high damage. Symmetra has 2 ultimates, one of them is a teleporter, it makes teamates able to get to a specific point really quick if they die, useful for taking a point. This can only be used 6 times though before it getting destroyed. Her second ultimate has her cast a sheild generator that gives all teamates 75 shields that are in it's range, which is quite large. This effect lasts until it's destroyed.


Zenyatta is a robotic monk that heals his allies with his orbs of harmony, and can weaken his foes with his orbs of discord. He is not very versatily though and can't escape fights easily. He has 150 shields and 50 health. Zenyatta's first ability has him cast an orb over the shoulder of a targeted ally. So long as Zenyatta maintains line of sight, the orb slowly restores health to his ally. Only one ally can receive the orb's benefit at a time. This orb does 30 healing per second, and doesn't have a cooldown. His second ability has him attach the orb of discord to an opponent amplifies the amount of damage they receive for as long as Zenyatta maintains line of sight. Only one opponent can suffer the orb's effects at a time. For his primary fire, Zenyatta shoots his powerful orbs around him at his foes one by one. Each orb does 46 damage. For his secondary fire Zenyatta can charge up to 5 orbs at once and shoot them all at a time, he can fire 20 orbs before needing to reload, which takes 2 seconds. For his ultimate, Zenyatta enters a state of heightened existence for a short period of time. While transcendent, Zenyatta cannot use abilities or weapons, but is immune to damage and automatically restores his health and that of nearby allies. This effect lasts for 6 seconds.
